Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days. Please allow up to 7 business days after your order is confirmed to receive your order.

Tracking information will be sent to you after your order is processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing. Once your tracking number is received, track your order using usps tracking system.

All custom kreations are FINAL sale, unless you happen to receive a product that is defective. If you receive a defective product please email klashaccessories@gmail.com or text (919) 756-6932 with an image showing the defect as soon as you receive your order to be eligible for replacement only.

The item will be reviewed within 48hrs and if you qualify for a replacement, a confirmation code will be sent to your email. The item must be received within 10 days form the date you receive confirmation email.
